Krakow Metropolitan Area

This processing centre of 50 FTEs provided national legacy cash operation services to four Central European DB entities as well as SCT processing support to another nine European DB entities. I managed a team of five FTEs in charge of the following duties: • Standardise and optimise the operational cash processing workflows - identify and resolve automation and quality gaps by applying 6 Sigma methodology.• Manage the direct & indirect cost allocations to the internal business clients of the various European DB entities. • Negotiate staff pricing and other cost allocations from internal service providers to this processing centre.• Develop and ensure a sound business contingency plan for this processing centre.

• Develop strategies for and establish a second processing centre in Krakow for cash operations in Europe.• Project manager of cash operations outsourcing from the DB entities in Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland to the DB Poland Cash Operations Processing Centre: outsourcing completion within six months per country - total project budget of 5 million EUR for relocating duties of 45 FTEs.• Implement a vendor governance concept on processing services received from the DB India processing centre.
