Current In depth analysis of queries from clients using the IT2 software(cash managers, front/back office, IT staff, team leads, auditors, etc.) Manage support queues by addressing critical, urgent or quick queries Escalation management (investigation/delegation) Assist team members with solving support queries Respond to queries from internal teams (Development, implementation, IT (cloud/security), team leads, etc.) Follow sales leads or assist account managers with relationship management Separate side projects i.e. design process improvements, FAQ, etc. Substitute team leadSenior IT2 project manager on consultancy basis, including on site visits: IT2 software upgrades - including on premise or cloud server migrations Client server migrations to ION hosted servers (in cloud) Various other client support/implementation projects
