Current responsibilities:- Integrating newly acquired company of 25 associates- Implementation and enforcement of safety culture - Defining and implementing strategic goals and KPI’s for the Plant and for the management team - Prioritize and implement CapEx projects related to digitalization, EHS and efficiency improvement- Responsible for OpEx and SG&A of the Plant- Introduction and coaching cost & output optimization projects- Introduction and coaching of skill set matrix associates & onboarding process new hiresPrevious skills:- Technical specialist with knowledge of most common plastic processes such as sheet extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, extrusion & injection blow molding.- Technically selling value added plastic additives such as nucleators and clarifiers by optimizing and maximizing the outcome on the customer's plastic processing machines during joint trials.- Responsible for full evaluation of joint customer trials by managing sample analysis, creating power point reports and recommending a path forward for further optimization.- Approaching market through attending on frequent basis trade shows and giving presentations/lectures at conferences.- Managing new internal, developmental projects related to specific processes and the existing product portfolio.- Responsible technical contact for all plastic (packaging) processing machine manufacturers - Passionate EMEA traveler keen on being in touch with customers and key players at all levels.- Managing Textile Coating Production plant
