Responsible for the Mars Veghel Outbound Logistics Team. This team is responsible for the distribution of finished goods from the European HUB into our European and Global customers via Road, Sea freigth or intermodal. We send approx. 700k pallets per year to our customers. Next to that I am operational responsible for the operations in the European HUB (3PL warehouse). Within this role focus area's are people management, warehouse operations, continuous improvement and assuring high service to our customers.

Responsible for European Outbound Logistics Team. This team is responsible for the distribution of finished goods from the European HUB into Europe and Eurasia via Road or intermodal. Next to that from Mars perspective operational responsible for the operations in the European HUB (3PL warehouse). Within this role focus area's are people management (managing a team of 8 associates), warehouse operations, continuous improvement and assuring high service to our customers.

With the creation of the regional Supply Chain function we take the opportunity to organize Raw Material planning for our factories differently. This by implementing a regional raws category planning organization with planners based in 3 planning HUBs). As ad interim manager my goal is to already implement category planning for the Slough and Veghel factories and create the foundation for the new team to add on successfully the new sites step by step.

Responsible for optimalisation of supply chain with trade partners of Mars

Fully responsible for stocklevels of Mars products at Albert Heijn distribution centers

Responsible for order processing for Superunie and Schuitema.

Responsible for acquisition of new customers for leasing photocabins.
