-Responsible for hiring, managing, training, and retaining a team of up to twenty employees.-Relied on for excellent customer service, proper scheduling to union standards, completing daily and monthly inventories and reports, ordering perishable products, and implementing new programs.-Lead classes with other produce managers to establish a new company freshness initiative. Answered questions, relayed feedback, and pushed for changes to make the program more efficient and effective.-Promoted and transferred between ten separate stores, working alongside and managing a diverse group of individuals. Participated or led our cultural council employee morale program in multiple stores.-Attended classes for diversity training, basic management principles, conflict resolution, color-code personality testing, and leading between generational divide.
