Focus on Customer excellence: eg introduction of “Salmon Express”: daily dedicated trucks from Norway to Schiphol with fresh Salmon for Asian markets resulting in a 50% reduction in total throughput time from farm to shop-shelf. Result: Japan market share Norway Salmon from 21 to 48%.

Official negotiator on behalf of KLM Board of Directors with KLM workers council and relevant unions. Management of transformation processes eg proposed merger KLM Alitalia, joint venture of KLM Engineering & Maintenance with UTC and ‘Baseline’, a staff reduction program of 2000 FTE.

Contributing to four projects, among others the start-up of a pan-European customer care center and revenue management for the French market in the Passenger Division.
