I manage a territory of $10M+ to maximize profitability and winning relationships with strong agency engagement, risk selection and pricing while collaborating with business development partners. My responsibilities include new business and portfolio with a focus on assisting agents in navigating our current challenging market. I rely heavily on data collection and analysis to chart a path to the future and have developed presentation skills to share that vision with my partners.

I handled complex claims for Auto and Homeowner policies including first party fatalities, limits issues and fire and water losses. I assisted manager in file reviews, onboarding new hires and mentoring tenured staff. A graduate of the Nationwide P&C LEAD program which identifies associates with leadership potential and served as interim manager for my team.

I treated Work Comp patients in a physical therapy setting, worked with physicians and surgeons to grow their practice, performed pre-employment testing and provided outreach to a successful local high school.
