• Stock shelves overnight and prepare the store to open the next day.
• Night manager. o Supervise the operation and closing of the store at night. o Maintain condition of store and inventory. o Ringing out registers and securing funds for the night. o Run sales reports for bookkeeper in.
• Merchandising and cashier. Build and maintain displays as needed, cashier and customer assistance as needed. Stock bread and dairy as needed.
• Pick up cardboard after stock crew overnight.
• Back up for clean meat department and prepare for next day.
