I have experience in high end Boutique Luxury properties that focus on individual guest service while providing a high level of satisfaction. While much of my experience has been in Hotel construction, I understand the need for personalized service and team work.I am a detailed oriented individual with 6 years of engineering management experience. I am dependable hardworking and responsible individual with over 15 years of Hotel construction experience. I have manage multiple projects from banquet space build outs, guest room renovation, and recently a 3000 square foot outdoor area with a 600 square foot deck over the intra-coastal waterway. My responsibilities have included the development and management of completely new engineering teams while transitioning two hotels through new management. I have managed the daily operations as the On-Duty manager. I prefer working closely with other departments such as Housekeeping and Front office to make sure we have an open form of communication. This helps to ensure that we prioritize specific issues and request so that the guests are always taken care of in a timely manner. I find that following up with the guest and other department is a vital tool to success.Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments’ within the Hotel and in the organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as lead a team. I can work with outside contractors to resolve technical issues and implement technical enhancements.
