Improve the process and distribute results to relevant data centers/agencies and publish records in eCat.-Establish and document a consistent process for local tie surveys, improving data workflows, and identifying areas for future improvements and risk reduction to expedite and ensure safety in completing the work.

PROJECT: Positioning Australia - National Positioning Infrastructure Capability-Identify NPIC project delivery needs, assess and manage risk to develop a project plan for the delivery of the upgrade and/or construction of 115 GNSS ground station sites under contract, within the project time frame, communicating the delivery and critical dates to multiple stakeholder and teams (internal and external). -Manage, monitor and track performance against the project plan, while being reactive and make agile changes to the schedule due to timings of external factors such as land access, contractor work programs, and equipment availability / logistics, to keep the various stakeholders, senior management and contributors informed of the project status and schedule. -Prepare and distribute inputs to project delivery, work orders and supporting documentation (key component being the design and scope of works for each site within the network). -Develop, maintain and improve documentation supporting station upgrades and ongoing network operations, including site and asset records, commissioning reports, schematics reflecting site upgrades or changes, contract and procurement documentation-Monitor contractor compliance against milestones, deliverables and invoicing and measure the fulfillment of contractual obligations against established agreements

PROJECT: Positioning Australia - National Positioning Infrastructure Capability - Manage the upgrade planning and implementation of the existing ARGN GNSS CORS sites, including technical maintenance to ensure ongoing availability during the project.- Develop supporting documentation, technical site design templates, and CORS network expansion design plan. - Site selection criteria documentation, and implementation: including site suitability assessment, assessment of infrastructure upgrade requirements for ARGN, SPRGN, AUSCOPE and NPIC sites, and supporting documentation & plans for land access and development applications- Maintain GIS of proposed/existing upgrade sites, and scope of works required to spatially track site selection decisions, and progress.- Provide training, guidance and technical advice to the GA GNSS network operations centre staff- Acting as a consultant on technical, project, and in country support to SPRGN upgrade officer.

PROJECT: Australian Aid; Pacific Sea Level & Geodetic Monitoring Project (PSLGMP)- Capacity building and training for local Lands & Survey staff at each of the countries involved in the Australian Aid funded Climate and Oceans Support Program in the Pacific (COSPPac); Pacific Sea Level and Geodetic Monitoring Project. (PSLGMP)- The program included a week long adaptable program with practical and relevant field work matched with one on one training and class room learning about GNSS concepts, data acquisition and baseline processing.
