Chiro Sint-Jan-Berchmans is a youth-organisation aiming to provide youngsters aged 6 up to 18 with a fun Sunday-afternoon. They also a host a 10 day camp during the summer and multiple events during the year. Currently, over a hundred children are enrolled.I was responsible for:- Overall as well as day-to-day financial management of the organization- Acquiring subsidies for the maintenance and renovation of the premises- Coordinating multiple events in order to ensure a low financial treshold for enrolled youthsOver this period there has been an increase in memberships, financial means, funding and a relocation to improved premises.
