I've successfully finalized the 6-Sigma Black Belt training as a supplement to my knowledge of the Lean philosophy with the aim to have an answer on broader questions. Sustain and improve an organization for the future through the LSS philosophy is a passion that I want to perform. Herein are also for me the opportunity to further utilize my technical, organizational / advisory and coaching qualities. Meanwhile I have experience in the implementation of the lean / CI (LSS) philosophy and change management at various work and organizational levels (Operational and Business Administration) which lead to operational world-class.Seeing potential in steering / guiding and coaching a team to explore new possibilities, overwin challenges to make them look over their horizons, to enhance cooperation and partnership and increase efficiency. All this will lead to increase stability and productivity, the added value and reduce waste to meet the needs of the customer, which are core values in my ambition and reflect the core values of: competent, dedicated, reliable.My strength and power is that I possess no nine to five mentality.
