Main responsibilities / activities include:- Responsible (P&L) for sales, people- & team development. The team consists of 15 Cash Management Specialists (direct reports) who provide tailored advice in the field of domestic and international cash, liquidity and working capital management. - Business development for specific sectors within the Financial Industry like: Fintech, PSP, DISP, Trust, Real Estate, Healthcare, TMT, Government & Education and SME Banking.- Focus on sales and product development like Tikkie and API propositions.

Credit Risk Decisioning and Credit Risk Oversight & Strategy Non-Program LendingMain responsibilities / activities include:- Delegated credit approval authority holder for Corporate & Institutional Banking. - Providing front office independent advice on risk mitigation, structure solutions which assist growth, minimize the bank’s expected loss and which are in compliance with internal policies. - Quorum member of monthly Global Transportation & Logistics Watch meeting.- Rotation (3 months) at ABN AMRO Norway.- Validating CR portfolio analyses by means of formulating a 2nd line risk opinion.- Justifying required credit risk interventions to safeguard the envisaged credit risk profile.- Advising the risk committees on strategic changes, product programs and product reviews.- Setting credit risk appetite.

(Associate) Director Transportation & Logistics covering North Europe and the Middle Eastern regionResponsible for building and maintaining strong and long lasting relationships with Transportation & Logistics clients and prospects by;- Offering broad banking products and developing tailor made financing solutions.- Pro-actively anticipating on clients' financing needs by initiating (highly) structured financing solutions using various bank products, skills and services as well as external (legal, tax, technical, insurance) advisers.- Monitoring existing portfolio of (debt) transactions and interact with credit department on yearly renewals of exposures.- Rotation (6 months) at ABN AMRO New York.- Overall coverage of clients/prospects and increasing economic profit by successful introduction of Products of the bank such as Structured Finance, M&A Advisory, Equity Capital Market, Debt Capital Markets, Cash Management, Markets (hedging products).- Develop and regularly update client action plans for strategic clients together with Products.- Monitoring client and market risk in close cooperation with Risk and portfolio management as well as compliance, legal and sustainability.- Supervising Associates.
