MAIN OBJECTIVESObjective is to maintain and to extend safe and high European standard within warehouse. Give leadership to multiple supervisors in W/H and at the office. At the same time, you will work together with the Section Manager W/H Engineering | Maintenance | Quality Control | Packaging | TdC and the Section Manager Traffic & Customs.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSManage and oversee all warehouse processes.Management of staff and resources, including training, development and motivational coaching (190 FTE).Ensuring the safe, clean, tidy, and organized presentation of the warehouse facility.Control of outputs of outbound processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, whilst ensuring the highest levels of quality and service levels are maintained.Delivery of various KPI’s and regular reports of performance against targets.Maintaining accurate stock records and maximizing space efficiency.Communicate to internal parties / departments (APO, NAE office, various other Nissan warehouses like SRDC / UKRDC and NITA).Control succession plan within the warehouse and where necessary adjust.

From its 90,000 m2 warehouse in Amsterdam they distribute some 350,000 different parts in Europe 24 hours a day.
