Palazzo Amsterdam is proud to introduce their new chef; Robert Kranenborg. He will be responsible for the culinary part in the new Palazzo Season which will start on the 20th of October in Amsterdam South-East. For the first time in Palazzo's history Palazzo will also be in Rotterdam this winter. Palazzo will be standing next to the Ahoy-venue form the 3rd of November untill the end of February 2012. In Rotterdam, former 3-michelinstar chef Cees Helder will be the chef and serve the Palazzo guests a marvelous 4-course dinner. Palazzo, is a 4 months during winter event, where the finest food is combined with amazing acts. After 5 years working with 2 michelin-stars cook Ron Blaauw, Palazzo proudly presents Herman Den Blijker as the new chef for the Palazzo 2009/2010 season. He has composed a delicious but accesible 4-course menu with daily-fresh products. At the end of octobre "Salon Victoria" will be build up at Palazzo's new location in Amsterdam South-east; plein Hoekenrode. This 19-th centrury mirror-tent will be situated 30 meters from trainstation Amsterdam Bijlmer/ ArenA. With a cappacity of 414 seats Palazzo welcomes over 25.000 guests each season.Palazzo is a complete evening out where your eyes, ears, taste and smell will be celebrated during a wonderfull show and a tasty 4-course menu of chef Herman den Blijker. .
