It started as a simple PDF and online coaching via email. Although technology was limited back then, it was enough to ignite my passion for helping others achieve their goals.Helping over 100,000 people change their livesBy 2010, I recognized the rise of mobile technology as a game-changer. It became the key to making online coaching scalable, affordable, and accessible to a broader audience. That's when we began developing our own software platform, grounded in evidence-based content.Today, we've built Changing Life, an integrated platform that has supported over 100,000 people in transforming their Body, Mind, and Life. With a team of over 100 certified coaches, we continue to make a lasting impact on people’s lives.Learning through highs and lowsThe journey hasn't always been smooth. I've faced highs and lows, successes and setbacks along the way. But those experiences, especially the challenges, are what taught me the most. I’ve learned not only from the good choices but also from the pitfalls I encountered. I believe others can learn from both, and it’s through this mix of successes and challenges that I’ve been able to grow—and now help others avoid some of the same mistakes.
