Recognized by an inspection team as “setting the standard” for the nuclear weapons safety programo Operational Safety Officer – Reported directly to the Commanding Officer on the operational risk management associated with multiple high-impact missions and managed lessons learned for process improvement across four departmentso Reactor Control Officer – Led a team of 13 personnel to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of multimillion-dollar reactor instrumentation equipment through complex engineering projects including the first calibration of nuclear power instruments
