Worked in coordination with all employees to give a great Cincinnati experience to each and every customer. As a busser I was responsible for serving waters to customers, clearing customer plates, resetting tables, and assisting others to make everyones job easier. I also was the main busser responsible for training new employees as they first started and learned to do private events and functions as they progressed. I also worked as a Barback where I was in charge of any inventory related to alcohol and all things belonging to the bar. I kept it organized and had to know what we had and where it was. I stocked the bar and help around the bar helping and interacting with customers. While working at the Boathouse I learned to work in a professional manner that required me to act in a respectable way towards my fellow employees and the customers. At the Boathouse I work with with a multitude people each night to get a common goal accomplished. At the Boathouse I have worked with a great amount of charities and non profit organizations which often times includes formal parties. Working at the Boathouse gave me a great chance to meet and serve celebrities and athletes like Oscar Robertson, Pete Rose, Rey Maulugua, Garth Brooks, Mike Golic, former speaker of the house John Boehner, Robin Thicke, Nick Lachey, Joey Votto, Ken Griffey, Cameron Diaz and Governor John Kasich.

Umpired for local Knothole teams from the ages of 9 to 14. Being an umpire I had to learn and become an expert of all of the rules of Major League Baseball as well as local rules. As an umpire I often would work alone however I would also work with one or two partners where communication was critical. As an umpire I learned how to control the game and work with other coaches, most who were middle age adults. I also learned how to establish authority when parents, coaches or players complained and were angered by calls even causing me to throw out a coach in a game and in a other game throw out a player trying to cheat and hurt other players by sliding directly into them. Umpiring taught me how to have confidence in myself and how to establish authority even over people twice my age.
