Heynen is a supplier of Telecommunications- and IP network monitoring solutions in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. My role is to bring together the requirements of our customers with the solutions that our partners offer in order to solve challenges in the area of network visibility, intelligent network management, troubleshooting and security. By using our technical experience, Heynen's support services and product independency, we are able to offer the right monitoring solution for each customer.

Managing the Technical Support department at Heynen BV, supplier of Test- and Measurement systems, Audio/video Processing solutions and Electronic Components. Additionally acting as a Technical Account Manager for Network Monitoring Solutions that are being used by Network Operators, Carriers, Telco's and large enterprises. Responsible for professional services that are supplied to our Benelux customers and to our own sales organisation. Working closely together with international manufacturers of test and monitoring solutions, on a technical and sales level.The activities of the Technical Support department at Heynen can be divided into two main area's: - ServiceDesk: pre- and post-sales support for our customers with Network Management & Monitoring systems and for customers with Media Processing & Transmission systems.- Repair & Calibration: repair, upgrades and calibration services for Test & Measurement equipment and Audio & Video equipment from various manufacturers.

As a technical Account Manager / Product Specialist, I am experienced in selling and implementing complex Test- and Measuring systems for Telecommunication and Datacommunication networks. I am experienced in dealing with international manufacturers and large customers. My focus is currently on accounts that are implementing services like VoIP, Mobile Broadband (3/4G) and IP-TV, and plan to monitor the quality of these services.

Lid Raad van Toezicht van Stichting Lijn 83.Stichting Lijn 83 primair onderwijs is op 01-01-2015 ontstaan uit een fusie tussen Stichting Katholiek Basisonderwijs Bergen (SKBO) en Stichting Katholiek Onderwijs Maas en Niers (SKOMeN).Onze doelstelling is het bieden van goed onderwijs aan onze leerlingen in de gemeenten Bergen, Gennep en Mook/Middelaar. De stichting telt 15 basisscholen en een school voor speciaal basisonderwijs, ongeveer 2700 leerlingen en ruim 280 medewerkers. Binnen Lijn 83 maken we onderscheid in besturen door het College van Bestuur en toezicht houden door de Raad van Toezicht. Iedere school heeft binnen de kaders van het stichtingsbeleid de ruimte om een eigen onderwijsconcept vorm te geven. Die eigenheid is een belangrijk uitgangspunt binnen Lijn 83: wij vormen weliswaar één organisatie, maar zijn geen eenheidsproduct.Voorafgaand aan deze positie maakte ik 8 jaar deel uit van het toezichthoudend deel van het bestuur van SKBO Bergen, de overkoepelende stichting van 6 basisscholen in de gemeente Bergen (L).

At the European head office of this Japanese company, manufacturer of high-end PCB's and Semiconductor Packages, I was the main contact for large European Producers of high-end electronic products and the interface to the Japanese organisation on both technical and commercial level. Aquisition of new accounts and contribution to product development, was also an important part of my tasks.
