As an Executive Coach, Team Facilitator and Consultant I work with individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve their potential by building relevant capability and bringing to life the culture, values and behaviours that will help them succeed sustainably. Responsibilities:Leading the implementation of the Organisational Development plan encompassing capability building, leadership development, culture change (including Diversity & Inclusion strategy) and bespoke consulting projects into the business. Alongside a portfolio of in-house executive coaching clients - leaders looking to make shifts in their own development and that of their teams.Core achievements:- Successfully embedding a Diversity & Inclusion strategy, driving a cultural and behavioural shift through practical actions including the launch of a leading-edge flexible working approach and up-skilling leaders on leading diverse teams to high performance- Implementing a Partner Development strategy, including design and roll-out of personal development curriculum for onboarding new partners.- Executive coaching for leaders to enable them to have more impact into the business and overcome behaviour and mindset limiting the progression of themselves and their teams- Leading team of L&D professionals responsible for design and deliver of development curriculum to 1300+ professional staff and suite of leadership development programs for key talent.- Extensive experience designing and facilitation team workshops (e.g relationship-building skills, trusted business advisor skills, strengths-based coaching, goal-setting etc)- Project and stakeholder management for embedding a new global competency framework across the NZ firm, including the roll-out of a custom-built, performance management platform and associated training- Bespoke consulting projects around strategic skills development

Responsibility for project managing and embedding the PwC Global behaviour/culture change program across the NZ firm with a focus on increasing people engagement and improving the customer experience.Core Achievements:- Design and implement a comprehensive coaching strategy for the NZ firm (partners and staff), gaining and maintaining Executive commitment and focus.- Enhance partner collaboration and cohesion through facilitation of open dialogues- Collaborate as part of a virtual, cross-discipline team to up-skill partners and senior staff on their ability to serve as 'trusted business advisors'

Responsibility as a core member of a global, virtue, multi-discipline team for supporting the PwC network member firms to successfully embed a global behaviour/culture change program. This hugely ambition global change project ran for approximately 10 years in total and is credited with significantly improving people engagement and the client experience.Core Achievements- Working closely with global leadership and sponsors to agree the strategic priorities and leadership messages supporting the change effort- Establishing, coordinating and supporting the UK Partner Champions network - facilitating collaboration and training workshops and position leaders to be able to lead, drive and role-model change in their businesses- Managing multiple stakeholder groups to ensure strategic ambitions are reflected operationally (e.g. HR, Marketing, R&Q etc)- As member of global project team contributing to sharing the agenda and influencing network-wide, international stakeholder groups

Successful delivery of a high-profile 1yr global leadership development program for 20+ senior partners from PwC's Emerging Markets. Program credited with successfully enhancing the leadership capability to key talent partners in these partners, positioning the firm in those territories to win and retain top global clients.Core Achievements:- Co-designing and developing content - identifying and working alongside leading-edge external expertise- Stakeholder engagement and management to ensure program maintained strong levels of executive support across the network- Managing external suppliers and establishing processes for coaching, nominations, evaluation etc- Budget management ($1m)

Relationship management and delivery of corporate tax consulting advise to a portfolio of UK-based, inbound and mid-market clients

So here is where I really learned the really important lessons of life, what makes people tick, what hard work really is, what matters, what doesn't, who I wanted to be and where to draw my own boundaries: Pulling pints, scrubbing bathrooms, washing pots, serving ice-creams, entering-data, telemarketing, serving dodgy kebabs to drunks and cabbies on the midnight-7am shift, back-breaking work picking all sorts of fruit in all sorts of places and (slowly) shearing sheep and driving tractors in Glenorchy - still the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Some of these jobs I loathed and was frankly terrible at (tele-marketing case in point). But mostly these were enriching experiences with extraordinary people who taught me everything I needed to know for the work I now do and love.
