My objectives as a Leadership Coach Somewhere deep inside, most leaders know what they need to do, but sometimes it is difficult for them to see the way forward when they are deeply embedded in the business. The answer is not the same for everyone, and the art of coaching is to use and adapt best coaching practices for application to real situations. By doing just that I have helped many leaders find themselves again and go on to become more satisfied and achieve greater success. My style is to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible results. I develop clarity, high trust and transparency, where clients are encouraged to be their best selves, are stretched and celebrate success.After completing a BSc with Honours in Psychology at Hull University in England opted to pursue a career in industry.His career has been multi-faceted, and he has in depth experience in manufacturing, exporting, global marketing, sales, and most importantly leadership.After working for 15 years in England and Europe reaching senior management levels, Dave was seconded to New Zealand by The Boots Company and was appointed Managing Director of Boots New Zealand Limited .He has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry.He is an MBTI, and MINDSet28 practitioner has coached people for fifteen years and enjoys the opportunity to help others learn with specifically designed programs and workshops.Dave brings to coaching a unique blend of leadership experience, coaching skills and a psychological perspective. He is a Member of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists and has completed courses on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with the Beck Institute, Immunity to Change process with Harvard University and other relevant programs which he incorporates into his coaching practice.

- Successfully negotiated regaining of the Flu Vaccine contract after 10 years of previous failure to do so.
- Creation of a congruent leadership team with succession plans for the New Zealand business. This team is still in place today and CSL continues to deliver excellent results.
