I am responsible of the services portfolio per the local and central Public Administration market, as well for european agencies. My main function consist in ensuring the success of the organization programs, through an accurate planning and control of the P&L of the projects, of the Customer Satisfaction and the organization/monitoring of the SI, delivery and business development activities, for the following clients: EU Community: E.F.S.A. (European Food Safety Authority).PAC: Consiglio di Stato; Ministero dell’Interno: Dip. Polizia di Stato e Dip Immigrazione, Ministero del Lavoro; Ministero della Giustizia; Poste Italiane; Corte dei Conti.PAL: Roma Capitale; Anagrafe, Stato Civile, Elettorale, UO Contravvenzioni, Ufficio Contratti; Università di Catania; Ospedale S. Camillo Forlanini; Azienda Ospedaliera S. Maria di Terni.In the last two financial years, the market’s revenues rose by 14 Mil €. I am also in charge of a tech. structure of 150 resources: 80 Unisys employees (PM, Tech Leader, IT Architect, programmers and sys. engineers) and about 70 external consultants.Major Achievements:Increase in revenues (about 4% to 5% annually).Increase of the Customer Satisfaction (based on internal constant KPIs).Steady decrease in the number of sub-contractors (about 30%).

Within the Group’s services for the Public Administration clients I have done design, analyses and development of application solutions, guaranteeing the maintenance and technology upgrades over time. Among the most significant projects:A solution (“EasyFind”) to simplify interrogations of the Italgiure-Find system by the Corte Suprema di Cassazione, assisted by a navigation mode to the Law, Legislation and Doctrine database.A solution (“EasyFind-AAV”) to simplify queries to the search system of Avvocatura Generale dello Stato, with a navigation mode to the PARERI database.
