PRIMARY OBJECTIVES• Work with the Project teams to manage, coordinate and deliver the pre and post-go live training and systems support for the Ruralco Holdings group program of projects – SAP POS/Infinity – recent project trained 60 staff (SuperUsers) from 48 sites at 3 locations over 6 weeks. • Minimise impact to stakeholder operations and customers by coordinating effective delivery of appropriate training and support - Managing the schedule of a team of three Training staff.• Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders- managing relationships with Ruralco’s 40 subsidiaries GMs and Operations managers. • Work closely with the development team to provide timely testing, documentation and to facilitate change within the group.• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Ruralco’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, information management, business processes and organisational planning.• Manage and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (e.g Business Units, HR, IT and Finance), through process improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions – continues process improvements to Ruralco’s 40 subsidiaries. • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence• Build and coordinate the “Super User” program nationally.• Regular meetings with BU’s to communicate, support and drive “Best Practise”.• Supervise and mentor the Operations Officer to develop and deliver process improvements.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES• Assist in the migration and intervention of Ruralco’s acquisitions to drive the standardization of common business processes across the group. Centralizations of 4 subsidiaries over 6 months. • Lead & direct the analyses of process improvement initiatives.• Execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple businesses within the Ruralco group.• Ensure that all process improvement initiatives are documented and maintained to “Best Practice” standards.• Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to the project team and division leadership.• Act as a change agent/coach to instil and sustain changes. • Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change. • Provide training and mentorship on process improvement methods – SAP POS/Infinity.• Develop practical solutions and methodologies to solve complex business problems. • Work with the project team to develop internal and external content for workshops, meetings and other team presentations. • Managing the schedule of a team of three Training staff.• Build and coordinate the “Super User” program nationally.

Accountabilities:• Management of Agfarm’s data and knowledge resources to ensure accurate and efficient internal and external reporting.• Ensure data integrity through the approval and reconciliation of third party invoices.• Produce comprehensive reports and correspondence with a high standard of professionalism.• Management of the Sydney client services team and ensure adequate resource coverage for peak periods.• Operations and systems support for specific business processes.• Develop and maintain external business relationships in the areas of storage and handling.• Promote and extend the Agfarm brand and uphold Agfarm vision and values.• Ensure Agfarm is committed to the safety and wellbeing of employees and the people around them through promoting a safety conscious work environment and culture.

Accountabilities:• Identify Business Improvements & ramifications for proposed process enhancements/changes • Effective and correct use of system/s• Facilitate, create, monitor and report on rollout & adoption of processes into all Flight Centre Global Product disciplines• Working with the business for solutions on process changes and enhancements are justified• Key Communicator between FCGP Operations, selling businesses and external software Development Company. • Ownership of Flight Centre Global Product Intranet/SharePoint system.• Assist with the implementation of new company rollouts and software version releases.• Processes Training for all levels of staffing needs.
