With over twenty years experience working in the IT sector, within both large commercial organisations and as a self-employed IT Manager/Systems Administrator, I have a broad range of experience planning, developing, installing, maintaining and managing IT systems and networks.I have dealt with every aspect of IT for organisations with widely differing requirements, for everything from on boarding/off boarding users to designing and installing complete, complex, domain networks as well as providing guidance and advice on data protection, security, asset management and hardware lifecycles.I am a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to lead and inspire excellence in others as well as be a fully engaged team member. My experience working with cross functional teams means I am able to influence and communicate at all levels. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills, I work effectively and efficiently which has enabled me to deliver a wide range of major projects including server deployment (onsite, virtual and cloud hosted), site network infrastructure and software solutions, connectivity, security and managing multi-site organisations.
