Working as a sales manager I globally manage business relation between the Company and our Clients. I am in charge of business development and consecutive growth of the sales in the industrial engineering domain offering jigs & fixtures, production lines and engineering support.Among my daily responsibilities I successfully:- acquire new stakeholders;- conduct high-level negotiations with top tier companies- negotiate complex framework agreements and project contracts.- develop unique commercial proposals and bids- collaborate closely with engineering and legal teams.- pilot 1M €+ single projects in value;- outsource engineering services.- identify existing capabilities and develope innovative solutions to meet client needs.

I am responsible for sales activities in Engineering & Tooling division for the rolling stock and aerospace markets in the area of:- mechanical engineering- FEM calculations- system integration- electrical engineering- manufacturing
