I am an electrical engineer with expertise in Electro-Mechanical modelling of various electrical devices from transformers and fault current limiters to electrical machines both conventional and superconducting. I've got experience using Ansoft Maxwell and Ansys, Vector Fields/Cobham Opera and GE SLIM.In all my positions to date I would couple finite element methods or analytical formulas with my own codes written in Python, Fortran, C, C++, Matlab or Matlab Simulink depending on what was available or required.I was also often required to build and test prototypes but also present the results and technology to potential international customers.
