I researched and tested various models and architectures aimed at image recapturing detection. After extensive prototyping, I trained and packaged the best model into microservice. Since in this project I had to reimplement network architectures from several different papers, I mainly used pure PyTorch and PyTorch Lightning.

I worked on a speech processing pipeline, involving tasks such as speaker diarization, identification and profiling. I was responsible for research, finetuning models (if needed) and eventual pipeline optimization and implementation as a service. This project was a great chance to learn the Nvidia Nemo toolkit as well as expand my knowledge about ONNX.

I designed and implemented a liveness verification process for clients on mobile devices. This project was a great opportunity to do a deeper dive into computer vision models, TensorFlow.js and JavaScript in general.

I fine-tuned a pretrained LLM (large language model) for sentiment analysis task. The final model was used to implement a sentiment filter for polish news articles. For this project I, most notably, used Hugging Face library to build training pipeline, spaCy for data cleaning and preprocessing and Flask for implementing the resulting microservice.
