Learn, do myself, improve, train and move on to the next assignment. That is how I roll. I’m a strong believer this is the way IT should be applied to help improve an organization’s processes and tasks. They need to participate in the process or task rather than building stuff from looking at the sideline.I started off as a developer, not that I particularly like developing, even though it can be great fun, but I find it a great and powerful tool to accomplish other goals. Even as a developer I really felt strong about good communication within a project team.As a multimedia director at boondoggle, a marketing agency, I am not that interested in the marketing aspect and communication we do for our client but have developed a strong focus on internal communication tools, information management and knowledge transfer.Designing and creating tools and systems to accomplish a good understanding of a project and all that is involved is really what I love to do. And as the company grows, I want to make sure everybody knows how to use these tools.
