I practice in the areas of employment law and workers' compensation, regularly counseling clients on a broad range of employment-related issues, including hiring, disciplinary actions, sexual harassment investigations, reductions in force, termination, workers' compensation laws, and compliance with wage-and-hour and occupational safety-and-health laws. I have defended large and small corporations in federal and state court litigation, and I routinely prepare employment agreements, personnel policies, employee handbooks, and separation agreements.In addition, I regularly train management personnel on compliance with federal and state employment and occupational safety-and-health laws, and defend management in investigations of claims wild with federal and state administrative agencies.
