David Hunter is a tax, corporate, and business law attorney who advises individuals and businesses in a variety of estate planning, federal and state tax law, corporate law, and general business law matters.He has substantial experience in federal and state tax law, including, but not limited to, representation of clients in complex tax matters, such as business succession and wealth planning, acquisition and disposition of business interests, and tax controversy matters. David’s business law practice includes, but is not limited to, advising clients on the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other entity types, negotiation and drafting of a broad range of sophisticated business arrangements, and merger and acquisition transactions. In addition to his legal experience, David also has substantial financial and accounting experience.
