With the creation of CompaNanny I saw the opportunity of contributing to a better society in a sustainable (commercial) way. People often forget how important future generations will be, and I have always felt proud to work on this development.In more than 2 decades the most beautiful and driven people have created and achieved a superior magnetic culture, values, working principles, crazy fun and a truly important sense of belonging at CompaNanny, where premium quality is the only priority we work on.We are developing > 10.000 children daily in our Premium Quality Nurseries and After School Care locations in the Netherlands and Switzerland (under the brand Akidemy)Currently, I am no longer involved in the daily operations of CompaNanny, only with the Board. I am now focused on fulfilling new opportunities and helping other organisations scale through investments and advisory. My experience with CompaNanny has equipped me with the insights and skills to support businesses in their growth journeys, ensuring they maintain their entrepreneurial spirit while avoiding the pitfalls of bureaucracy.
