I am a biotechnologist by training with about 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Bringing people together to make the impossible possible drives me; it is my belief that only by working together we can reach full potential and successfully complete complex challenges like developing innovative vaccines, therapies, and medicine. I am a highly motivated team player with proven problem-solving and project management skills who loves to work in a dynamic, innovative environment with a positive vibe. Positive thinkers with a “can do” state of mind energize me. I enjoy working on cross-functional projects that require strategic thinking and believe that my ability to listen, persuade and connect people, as well as to keep a bird’s eye view can be of great help to keep projects on track and to successfully achieve a common goal. I am skilled in scientific and project management, as well as leadership and know when each is required.
