This time, thanks to better discipline and motivation, things went a lot better. I completed all of my courses with high grades this time. In 2008 I finished my Bachelor thesis, by completing a research paper on the history of the ANWB in a policy network theory context. My Master studies is nearing completion, with only the Master thesis as the last hurdle.

In Cendris Customer Contact, the Auditor is part of the quality branch of the organization. But really one is involved in every aspect of the operation. One monitors processes and individual perfomances, acts as a coach to both new recruits and veterans, helping them attain the next level of their performance. The unique position of an auditor ensures invaluable advice to managers, both on individual performance and on the process level.

As supervisor, we worked in a team to conduct the day to day operations of a large helpdesk project. Daily activities included supervision, performance reporting, problem solving and individual coaching. During this time I was also transferred from an existing project to a new project being implemented, making me part of the implementation process. In the fall of 2007 the position supervisor was abandoned by Cendris, and I was transferred to another position.

During the years as a call center agent I worked on several projects, both service- and sales oriented.

In a two-man team, we managed the day to day operation of the Theatercafé of the University. Activities included maintaining finances, managing personnel, medium to large catering orders and even ironing the shirts for the staff.
