• Vendor/ Contractor Invoice Verification in SAP – AP module for materials, Erection & Civil work.• Follow-up with vendors for submission of documents/ preparation of GRN/ Service entry.• Checking of PO terms & Condition and MIS for PO issued related to project.• Reconciliation of vendor account.• Release of Retention money to vendor as per PO terms.• Preparation of Monthly Budget vs actual expenses.• Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Return Data• Compliance of Exemption documentation for sales Tax Purpose like Documentation for Sales in Transit & High Sea sales etc.• Reconciliation of Account from Vendor & as well as from client.• Compliance of WCT Matter• Process of Bill in SAP.• Raising of Invoice on client as per Sales Order.• Compliance of Service Tax Data• Accounting of Service Tax Invoice as Per service Tax Rules• Preparation of Data for Service Tax Return.* Billing to Client (UPPCL) in SD module (SAP) for Eight Districts. * Liasioning with Client regarding bills verification passing of submitted bills, funds realization against payments due, etc.* Accounts receivable management and preparation of MIS regarding updated billing & recovery status. * Materials management and reconciliation of goods received with client billing. * Co ordination with SAP Engineer (MM-module) regarding resolving of issues in preparation of Goods Receipt Notes.

• Branch Accounting – Responsible for Stock & Sales Accounting, Expenses Control, Cash & Bank management, Bank reconciliation, Customer outstanding analysis, Budget of Regional Marketing Office and Budgetary Control, Purchase Order, Vendor bills Verification and payment, Interest Calculation & TDS Deduction. Co-ordination of internal audit/tax audit/statutory audit. • Manufacturing Accounting – Bills Payable, Checking purchase invoices from purchase order, Payment control of vendor, TDS & Annual e- return of TDS, Salary accounting. Co-ordination of tax audit/statutory audit. • MIS – Maintain various MIS report for Sales, Collection, Expenses, Outstanding Analyses, Fund Flow, Securities, Shop & Establishment Act. etc.• Inventory Management – Indenting of material to Factory and Head Office, Receiving of material from factory as per Indent, Daily stock position, Physical verification of stock & Stock Reconciliation etc.• Liaison with Concerned Govt. Offices – Pertaining to ECA, FCO, Reports on sales, despatch plan, to maintain relation with district / division / state level Subsidy bills verification from respective District Agriculture Officers and submission to Director of Agriculture. • Working in a fully computerized environment - with SAP- R/3 environment, M S Office.
