Eén van de grondleggers van “Dutch cuisine”, de koksbeweging die de Horeca en consument inspireert om op een duurzame manier om te gaan met de Nederlandse eetcultuur en agrarische rijkdom.In samenwerking met Victor de Lange (Bureau CREM) en ondersteund door LTO Noord, natuurbeschermingsorganisaties en het ministerie van LNV het Programma "Biodiversiteit op je bord" ontwikkeld. Nieuwe verdienmodellen voor producenten en boeren die extra aandacht schenken aan biodiversiteit. De coalitie breidt zich snel uit en in 2023 zullen eerste praktische resultaten zichtbaar worden 2018 Dutch cuisine Green deal "Verduurzamen voedselconsumptie” mede-opgezet. Meer plantaardig in de Horeca. Meer aandacht voor lokaal voedsel. Breedgedragen in onderwijs, zorg, overheidsbeleid en Horeca zelf. Tastbare resultaten inmiddels overal duidelijk zichtbaar. “Culinair architect” van het door de Gourmand awards bekroonde NR.1 kookboek van 2017 wereldwijd, “Food Forever” van auteur Lars Charas.
