ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATION AND SOCIAL BUILDING, 3.1m K.D.- I have assisted and engaged in the production of shop drawings in association with tender in forms of CAD Drafting.- Involved as a Structural drafter by preparing as-built drawings, detail drawings, floor plans, location drawings/general arrangement drawings, framing plans, sections and reinforcement/rebar detailing. - I have managed to use my personal skills as a technical adviser onsite for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.- Prepared contract documents, bills of quantities (BOQ) with the aid of tender drawings and other documentation.

Responsible for advising students & instructing them in defining and developing realistic educational career plans. Key achievements include:Teamwork & Communication – Meet with Advisees during orientation by communicating with them verbally, and assisting them with initial adjustment to university academic life, following with frequent contacts and availability for advices, students then adjust with their academic schedule, plans and get to know their teachers.Problem Solving – Students often contact me through either email, or verbally about their issues or enquiries seeking guidance from me by being proactively in contact and be available for students’ advisees on a regular basis.
