Mwatana is non-governmental Organization that advocates for human rights through the verification and documentation of violations, provision of legal support to victims, lobbying, as well as awareness raising and capacity building. As a Treasurer at Mwatana my work was to support the organization goals through keeping their spending on budget, controlling and managing the financial imprest, assisting the organization in its relationship with banks, and supporting coworkers in coming up with solutions in banks problems, etc.

Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. is a multibillion dollar company with operations in the Middle East, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, Europe, and South East Asia. I worked with the talent acquisition team, whose primary responsibilities included employer branding, resource planning for the future, diversifying a company's workforce, and building a strong candidate pipeline. My work focused on improving and developing programs that might help both internal and external employees enhance their skills. While my time with HSA was brief, but the talent acquisition team provided me with many opportunities for learning.

Kalbunyan Foundation is a group of young volunteers dedicated to distributing Eid clothes to nearly 1,250 less fortunate Yemeni families in our community. The foundation has been volunteering for more than ten years. My contribution with Kalbunyan started in 2015 as a volunteer in sorting and counting clothes. I then became the Warehouse Supervisor and was later promoted to Project Coordinator. In this role, I supervised project operations and a team of over 150 members to help 1,250 families. I assisted in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with the foundation's goals. I facilitated effective communication between project teams and beneficiaries to ensure smooth project execution. I coordinated meetings, timelines, and deadlines to keep the project on track and within the specified time frame. Additionally, I identified potential risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them.

A travel agency whose purpose is to make travel as simple as possible so that all passengers can enjoy their journey to the fullest. My main responsibilities included planning clients' road trips, car rentals, and hotel reservations, as well as airport pickups in several Yemeni locations, and reviewing and responding to complaints from passengers by phone, email, and Whatsapp.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental organisation that assists people who have been forced to leave their homes. I was causal employee working as Human Resources Assistant my main tasks were Audited the HR documents and communicated with the relevant department to complete them, Assisted in recruitment process; such as contacting short list candidates, printing required documents…etc, and Tracked the leave database and supplied HR Team Leader with the modified leave sheets on a weekly basis.

I headed the university’s business club for almost two years. My main mission was to create meaningful links between the business student body with the private sector showcasing the skills and promise of these students and the value of supporting them. So, I negotiated partnerships with market leaders to provide seniors and graduates of the business major in the university with professional training sessions, career opportunities and internship programs. During my tenure, I led a team of 40 volunteers to organize a student expo within the university and partnered with one of the leading civil society organizations that support entrepreneurship and organized an inter-college business competition that included four universities.

Rowad Foundation is a group of entrepreneurs that are dedicated to engaging Yemeni young businessmen/women and entrepreneurs in a constructive manner in order to develop a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem in Yemen. My contribution in Rowad mostly were to help in the projects so they could achieve their goals. For example, led the volunteers team at Afkar 2, responded to customers and potential customer inquiries, managed bank deposits and cash transactions, and verified bank payment transactions.
