➢ Concerned with contractual / change notes / scope terms with client & 3rd party services. ➢ Supervising with the Onshore PM the project budget / expenses cost. ➢ Tracking activities progress and analyzing its impact on budget.➢ Reporting projects current financial status to C level management. ➢ Managing the overall projects activities including planning, execution and closure. ➢ Preparing the project plan with the project team and program manager. ➢ Managing the creation and updated of project plan, schedule, budget, weekly status and timesheets. ➢ Analyse project data such as cost and schedule variance as well as quality indicators and recommend corrective action. ➢ Handle clients and internal stakeholders to communicate project scope, status, billing schedules. ➢ Report the status reports to the account delivery lead, account program lead and portfolio managers (Account overbookings, priority reports, Projects flashing below the margins, ..etc). ➢ Ensure appropriate submission of project team timesheets and provide Finance with accurate information for invoicing purposes. ➢ Proactively follow up on invoices and payments from customers and for managed projects. ➢ Ensure the project is delivered with agreed project scope and within budget
