The Başer family has been in the insurance sector since the 1930s, 2 of whom have been general managers of leading insurance companies. In 2016, Derya Başer established the Digital Marketing department at Özgen Insurance Reinsurance Brokers which is in the insurance business for 46 years. On behalf of the company, she entered the reinsurance sector by participating in the Lloyd's Young Turkish Brokers Program in 2018. She is currently the third generation of the family in the insurance sector as the operational manager of the company. Özgen Insurance Reinsurance Brokers provides services for all types of insurance needs of industrial facilities and in the technical support of agricultural enterprises in our group, conducts product development studies for its customers' new product needs with TARSİM. The group provides services in health insurance and various other areas. Treaty and facultative reinsurance studies are carried out in reinsurance.Born in 1984, Derya Başer graduated from Saint-Joseph High School and Bilkent Economics. Derya Başer, who has a master's degree in ITU Sound Engineering, also continues her studio work. She speaks English, French, and understands Italian and Spanish.
