Agile projectmanager binnen het programma Professional Portal waarin Wigo4iT samen met de 4 grootste gemeentes (G4) samenwerken aan de vernieuwing van IT systemen en (werk)processen binnen het sociale domein. Binnen de Nuon Customer Service Organisatie ben ik als projectmanager werkzaam en verantwoordelijk voor de projecten: Liander Only en eGlue.Het project Liander Only (Chinese Walls): Dit project had tot doel om de vastgelegde afspraken tussen Nuon, Liander (de netbeheerder) en de ACM (Mededingingsautoriteit Consument en Markt) te implementeren binnen de Nuon organisatie. Een onderdeel was de afsplitsing van bepaalde contact center activiteiten in een separate organisatie. Daarnaast vanuit Nuon de accountantscontrole (Assurance rapportage) begeleid waarin de ingerichte maatregelen/controles zijn gecontroleerd.Het project eGlue: Het realiseren en implementeren van de eGlue software binnen de klantenservice van Nuon. eGlue is een hulpmiddel dat gegevens uit de onderliggende systemen (waaronder SAP en Siebel) integreert via een service laag in één user interface. Doelstelling is om veelvoorkomende transacties /mutaties te versnellen. In mijn rol als projectmanager was ik verantwoordelijk voor het gehele project (business en IT/leveranciersmanagement).

Projectmanager within Stedin for two projects:Project: eGlue proof of business, together with a supplier we realised and implemented two agent desktop application scripts based on the eGlue software. This application interfaces with several desktop applications (and different platforms) in order to reduce average handling time and improve first time right. This will help the Customer Service Representative in an efficient and effective customer support. As a Projectmanager I was responsible for the startup (Request for proposal Project intitation, Project organisation), supplier management, business participation and IT. The project was successful. Within time and budget. Project: Service implementation of transformers for medium voltage. Stedin is commercial offering medium voltage transformers in the free domain. In the project we improved the current way of working by a adjusting processes, organisation, information systems and data. The result is an improved way of working and increasing benefits. The project was successful ended within time and budget.
