• Reviewing monthly financial and management reports for the Board of Directors and participating in the periodic meetings- (Monthly/Quarterly financial reports including: (Statement of Financial Position , Statement of Income, Statement of Cash Flows , AR/AP Aging and related parties transactions & Aging ).• Supervising the monthly closure for the accounts.• Supervising quarterly consolidation financial statements preparation process for the holding company in accordance with the IFRS.• Conducting Quarterly/ Annual Budgets and discuss them with the Management.• Conducting variance analysis between the actual and the forecasted costs• Updating the projects pricing according to cost fluctuations.• Reviewing projects’ percentage of completion of the projects.• Reviewing a monthly cash flows report and controlling cash position.• Managing the Accounting Department’s tasks on daily basis including (reviewing payment vouchers, journal entries and bank reconciliations).• Analyzing the Financial Statements and conducting periodic presentations to the Board of Directors.​• Ensuring that all financial controls for the division are met and adhered to at all times.• Execute short and long-term comprehensive financial strategies to reach Company’s objectives

• Identifying significant /non-significant accounts, significant risks and materiality.• Auditing financial statements according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).• Perform entity level risk assessments process through (Identifying the business risks relevant to financial reporting objectives, Estimating the significance of the risks and Identifying and addressing risks relating to accounting estimates) and determine materiality.• Testing controls and concluding results and evaluate the weaknesses.• Preparing consolidated financial statements
