Financial Manager
Current•Preparing monthly financial and management reports for the Board of Directors - (Monthly/Quarterly financial reports including: (Statement of Financial Position , Statement of Income, Statement of Cash Flows , AR/AP Aging and related parties transactions & Aging ).•Preparing quarterly consolidation financial statements for the holding company.•Preparing the Quarterly/ Annual Budget.•Preparing a variance analysis between the actual and the forecasted cost•Updating the projects pricing according to cost fluctuations.•Reviewing projects’ percentage of completion of the projects.•Reviewing the projects’ “cost to complete” and preparing monthly status report for the projects.•Preparing a monthly cash flows report. •Daily basis supervision for the accounting department work including (reviewing payment vouchers, journal entries and bank reconciliations).•Financial statements analysis.
