Having worked for both small and large companies I have the capability to see projects through from concept to completion, on time and to budget, also, customer care. My primary role as an Service Manager is to help drive Customer Service forward, ensuring customers and colleagues are comfortable with using our products to the full extent possible. To support these activities I manage all technical aspects of projects from supplying to final handover, moreover, warranty processing. in additional, I have Good experience and knowledge in the management of the preparation and cladding of real estate (Civil work & MEP).
