-Investigated customer complaints to address areas of improvement,eliminate non-conformance and increase customer satisfaction.-General inspection for all electrical stages during producing transformers.-General training for all workers in electrical workshop to follow the procedures and design instructions.-Handling critical transformers during all electrical and assembly process (up to 10 MVA and double stack winding and ANSI transformers).-Measured and monitored quality performance against agreed KPIs ,implementing recommendations as needed.-Expertly guided quality processes by employing outstanding working knowledge of electrical workshop.-Covering incoming materials inspection and release the materials by SAP system.-Investigation for internal failures transformers during routine test like HV failure ,IOV failure and other failures.-covered many check points electrical process to avoid any mistakes.-supporting after sales team by visiting sites and do visual inspection for transformers and apply some tests if needed.-Supporting production team for studying process and searching for improving process.-Continuously coach team & ensure adequate succession planning to provide a clear leader / path for progress at each level for enhanced efficiency & performance of team.-providing technical support to design & inspection departments for performance of effective inspection.-Responsible for implementation of all ISO documents in production & produce the QA records.-Responsible as quality engineer for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 in above period.-Leading QA/QC ,testing section.-Responsible for the incoming inspection of the Raw Materials, in process(stage)of the products and the final inspection of the products.-Ensuring the readiness of testing bench and all equipments as well maintained and calibrated.-Responsible to make rout cause analysis and recommend corrective & preventive measures with the concern dept for any failure cases during production stages.
