CurrentEmployee Relations/HR Operations Resolves escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with the Company SOP’s. Responds to employee queries and requests with regard to employee letters, HR policies, Career Development and personal issues as necessary. Managing day-to-day operational HR activities such as employee database, leave management, employee probations. Take the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by working with the Hiring Managers and shortlisting suitable candidates, prescreening and interviewing candidates, consulting with the Hiring Manager, work on the development of the offer, negotiate offer with the candidate on behalf of the Hiring Manager and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. On boarding & Off boarding Oversee the entire onboarding process from sending out welcome email to the new employees for their joining dates and paper work,provide Induction on their joining date and ensure a pleasant joining process and smooth entry to the company. Arrange worksations and required assets. Co-ordinate with the Travel agents for the Air ticket and Hotel Bookings if required. Conduct and track exit interviews to ascertain reasons for leaving and report to the management any areas of potential concern. Employee Engagement Design & Implement employee engagement initiatives and support all employee welfare activities in line with HR SOP’s.
