Coordinated and managed all Continuous Improvement activities, including monthly Kaizen Events, Daily Kaizen implementation and personally led three High Value Projects.I have recently completed the Shingo Institute's Discover Excellence workshop as the first step on the Shingo path. Further training, understanding and practice around the Shingo model is scheduled.

Hired out of school as a Welding Engineer in their R&D Dept.I transfered to the materials lab for 3 years where I became expert in metallography, ceramography, failure analysis and limited proficiency on SEMI transitioned from the lab to a Process Engineering role where I was the technical support for all welding and high temperature brazing (vacuum furnace) processes. This allowed me to become certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
