Process development, such as optimization of wet granulation processes by establishing granulation end point using Mixing Torque Rheometer.3. Solid dosage form design, including immediate and sustained release tablets, Instrumentation included in this type of work are Jacketed Rapid Mixer Granulator (jRMG), Rotary Press, and Perforated Coater.Techniques involved: Solid Dispersion, Hydrophobic Matrix, API coating, Enteric coating, Melt Granulation. 4. Liquid and semisolid formulation design. 5. Formulation Scale up and Technology Transfer.6. Conducting Performance Studies, dissolution profile assessment, chromatographic, and spectrophotometric analysis.7. Common Technical Dossier (CTD) documentation for exportation and for Ministry of Health registration as well as SOP issue.8. Writing proposals, dissertations and articles. Preparing and performing presentations.
