I'm a Trainer and Instructional Designer with experience delivering technical face-to-face/online training and e-courses. Over more than ten years, I've gained experience in effectively delivering technical content in a manner that's easy for the learner to understand. I've dealt with learners of different ages, technical expertise, countries and cultures. My communication skills and self-awareness to put myself in the learners' shoes enables me to adjust my delivery approach.At AFRINIC, I've delivered over 15 webinars and face-to-face courses with a median Net Promoter Score of 65. I've also created 3 e-courses with a median star rating of 4.8/5. I also help engineers deploy IPv6 and RPKI via our deployment support program. In addition to training and deployment support, I manage the Certifications program at AFRINIC. I create and oversee projects that help us develop questions and get new test-takers and partners.
