Convalo Health International is a Canadian publicly traded company operating under the brand Blvd Treatment Center. The company owned and managed drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers in California and Oregon. As my first task upon being hired, I made changes to the existing website to improve the design and the user experience without changing the look and feel of the site. With a now user friendly website, I worked with the team of content writers and online marketing specialist to publish and promote four to five new articles a day to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Each week, I would also create infographics that we used to create social media posts and display ads. Additionally, I co-directed, shot, and edited campaign videos including a viral facebook video for a highly successful overdose awareness campaign called “I Know Someone”. The campaign encouraged people to withhold judgment, and instead support and encourage their loved ones struggling with addiction to seek help. The video was well received and had a high level of engagement.

Co-directed, shot and edited training, and promotional videos to help our resellers with product knowledge and their bottom line. I worked closely with the Director of Marketing to launch campaigns promoting the IQAir’s flagship product the HealthPro Plus. In addition to working on marketing campaigns I designed web and mobile applications for both residential, commercial, and internal use. These applications allowed the users to manage the air purification systems and allowed our technical team to better support our clients. The apps also connect to our back-end system powered by NetSuite inorder to automate filter replacement and facilitate order management. My team and I designed a state of the art showroom for IQAir. Named the Clean Air Experience Center, it offers an opportunity to explore IQAir Indoor Air Quality technology and solutions though hands-on product demonstrations and interactive educational tools. The company plans on building additional showrooms based on this design.

Trident Case was a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of protective solutions for the mobile device market As the first hire, I was responsible for developing the Trident Case brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, I designed the initial marketing campaigns and collateral which was used to launch and promote our first products. After hiring a Marketing Director, talented designers, and content creators, we designed packaging and marketing materials for a growing inventory consisting of hundreds of cases and phone accessories. Together with the Marketing Director, we led the efforts to create a multimedia collection of content highlighting the products and launched campaigns promoting the brand. The Trident Case brand was soon on the map and we competed head-to-head with the leading brands in the mobile accessories industry. Additionally, we successfully executed two Consumer Electronic Show events in Vegas as an exhibitor. Our efforts helped secure partnerships with key distributors that helped us reach $20M in revenue by the end of the second year. Besides Design and Marketing, I also worked closely with the VP of Product Design to aid in product development and quality assurance. I worked closely with our production team in China to assure our standard of quality was met items arrived on time.
