Position CCC Iraq Manager - Area of IraqDuties • Business Development with all the Governmental Ministries and offices and private companies and groups.• Projects support, which covers Commercial, Personnel and Administration, Accounts activities & Logistics.• Pursing all newly issued Laws & Regulations related to Company activities in Iraq.• Estimation Support to MO Athens and backing up them with all details regarding manpower resources, materials, etc.• Business Development for Water & Sewage Segment, Ministry of Housing and Construction, State Commission for Roads & Bridges, Ministry of Transport, Air Ports & Railways, Ministry of Industry& Minerals, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and others.• Coordinating with Iraqi Local Contractors for future cooperation.• Representing the Company with all Iraqi Ministries, Governmental & Official Commissions including Customs Department, Taxes, Police offices, Courts & Law offices.• Maintain CCC Camps & Equipment, legal registration and secure CCC assets.

• Supervising Technical offers & Documents for water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations and Pipelines with the Governmental Ministries & Private sectors for the following Companies:- Paterson Candy International (PCI) – British, Supply of Water Treatment Plants Equipment. - Thyssen – Germen, Ductile Iron Pipes.- Nihus – Dutch, Pumps Manufacturer.- Portacal – British, Chlorinators Manufactures. - Euroclaima – British, A/C Manufactures. - SIM – Italian, Asphalt Plant Manufactures.

• Design and supervision for Water Treatment plants, Piping & Pumping stations including Preparing bill of quantities, drawings and budget.• Member of Tendering Committee which is responsible to evaluate offers, negotiate and award projects to contractors. • Member of Annual Investment Plan committee, which is responsible to put the annual plans and budgets to the all proposed project and to discuss these plans with Ministry of Planning & Ministry of Finance. • Review the study for the Design of Water Treatment Plants and Networks implemented by International Consultants such as Danish Cowi Consult, British Humphries & Brown, Irish Jennings O’ Donavon, Canadian AESL, Swiss Consultants and others.
